One plan. Two ways to pay for it.

Every feature is in both. What you are buying is credit for AI and service usage. If you would rather bring your own API keys, only Notebooker’s own usage is ever counted.

Monthly

$5/month

Your $5 each month covers AI and service usage - fetching sources, storage past your included 5 GB, and more. Pay-as-you-go past that (capped by a budget you set), or bring your own AI keys - only Notebooker AI and service usage is ever counted.

Questions worth answering first

Is my data used to train AI?

No, never. Your sources are processed only to answer your questions - Notebooker doesn't train models on your material, and doesn't share it with providers for training theirs. If that's still too much, swap the default Notebooker models for your own keys or a local model.

What happens when the $5 credit runs out?

Heavy months roll into pay-as-you-go overage, capped by a budget you set - it defaults to $0, so you never spend more without opting in. Or connect your own API keys and pay your provider directly - Notebooker only counts Notebooker AI and service usage, never requests on your own keys.

What can I import?

Web pages, PDFs, plain notes, presentations, audio, and video. Bulk-import your bookmarks in one go - Notebooker snapshots each page so it's yours even if the original disappears.

Can I use my own storage?

Yes - any S3-compatible bucket, like Cloudflare R2, DigitalOcean Spaces, or AWS S3. You can download or delete everything Notebooker stores at any time. Notebooker-managed storage is free up to 5 GB; only bytes above that are billed, at $0.10/GB-month prorated daily.

Does it talk to my other tools?

Anything that can send or receive a webhook works - Slack, Zapier, n8n, GitHub, and more. See Integrations for the full list.

What if I cancel?

Your plan runs to the end of the billing period, you keep the sources you've saved, and you can export everything - or delete your account outright - with a click in Settings. No lock-in is the point.
